GREATEST GENERATION VISITATION – Worlds War II Veteran Lou Moore visited Coffee4Vets today and shared some of the memories from serving in history’s biggest war. He visited with Christine Ward, veterans services aide for Rep. Mike Garcia.
“She saved my VA pension,” he said. The two got acquainted over coffee at Coffee4Vets hosted every Tuesday at Crazy Otto’s Restaurant on Avenue I, 7-9 a.m.
Lou will be 100 in a couple of months.
