The Coffee4VETS family and friends join with the Lancaster Elks lodge in honoring our brother in arms in his passing. A true American hero Walter Sapp was serving in Vietnam and here in his community. We extend our condolences to his lovely wife Susan and to all the family. We will keep you all in prayer..
